At Wallingford Eye Care Center, our philosophy is a better performance through better vision.
Comprehensive eye care for all ages:
We have the technology, services, and experience to provide evaluations of eye and vision disorders for all ages, including infants and senior citizens; including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration, eye muscle imbalances, color vision deficits, and sports performance.
Contact Lens technology:
We are pleased to have access to a wide array of lens technology and fitting modalities to handle even the most challenging contact lens fittings. If you have felt that your vision simply isn’t good enough or your lenses just don’t feel right, we can help.
Wallingford Eye Care also offers online contact lens ordering.

Resources for contact lens wearers:
Ortho-k is the fitting of specially designed gas permeable contact lenses that you wear overnight. While you are asleep, the lenses gently reshape the front surface of your eye (cornea) so you can see clearly the following day after you remove the lenses when you wake up. This specialty lens works best on low myopic patients, and is not for everyone. Our staff will be happy to discuss your options and recommend the best plan to give you optimal vision.
For those struggling with issues of eye strain and fatigue, reading issues in school, work performance problems with heavy computer usage or visual symptoms related to post-concussion syndrome or traumatic brain injuries, our staff has the experience to evaluate and manage these symptoms.
